To launch the new Baniyas North real estate project, through an interactive Experience Centre.
H.E.Abdulla Al Sahi, Chairman of Modon, said, "The Baniyas North project is one of a range of housing projects which Modon is developing, in line with strategy of the Abu Dhabi government. Execution & Outcome:
Modon Properties awarded ADNEC Services (a subsidiary of ADNEC group) the contract to conceptualise, design and deliver the Baniyas North Experience Centre.
Based on the client requirements, the scope of work was to manage the entire project from brand experience, content creation, full production, and on-site project management.
The project included a full experience centre design and build to showcase the Baniyas North Project as well as the Modon brand.
ADNEC Services were also tasked with designing a concept to create a unique experiential visitor experience and an environment suitable for hosting a VVIP visit. The detailed brief included:
Provision of a narrative and compelling story and visitor journey
Design an eye-catching external façade system to showcase the Modon brand
Work with Modon’s designated third party suppliers to make sure the prepared collateral – 3d physical model/ 3d interactive masterplan- were well integrated into the visitor journey of the Experience Centre
Design and install the interiors to reflect the company’s brand standards and to highlight the design essence of the Baniyas North Development
The project was co-designed alongside the Modon Team to ensure the concept, ambience and interior was perfectly aligned with their scope and requirements as well as being on brand. The Design and build of the project was aligned to communicate both the Modon background and values with the main part of the structure focusing on the Baniyas North brand and communicating with the audience, the project, the villas and key info graphics through both digital and print communications. The eye catching façade was inspired by the Modon logo and the circular imagery reflected within the brand assets.
The structure incorporated a lobby and welcome area with an F & B counter with a showcase of the Modon corporate messages such as vision, mission and key achievements.
An impactful digital entrance into the main experience centre brought the Modon development at Baniyas North to life through the touchpoints of a digital wall, interactive screens with detailed images and maps and models of the development highlighting the different types of villas available. The curated visitor journey was designed to allow all attendees to walk through Modon’s residential villas.
The experience centre was launched by HH Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan and was extremely well received by the Media and Key stakeholders.
